EZsweeps Network Privacy Pledge
We at the EZsweeps network want you to know that we are firmly committed to the protection of your privacy. We are also dedicated to making every interaction you have with us as easy and user-friendly as possible.

Registration
When you first visit EZsweeps.com, TheBirthdayGame.com or any site in the EZsweeps network, you are asked to provide information about yourself in our registration form. This required information includes your gender, name, e-mail address, date of birth, phone number and address. We use this information to automatically enter you in the sweepstakes you choose, and save it so that it can be used to register you in future sweepstakes and contests. You also have the option to tell us about personal areas of interest. If you do, we may use this information to determine which sweepstakes and special offers to make available to you. From time to time, we ask you for additional information to satisfy the entry requirements of a particular sweepstakes. If you wish to enter that particular sweepstakes, you will have to provide such information and we will pass it along to that particular sweepstakes to complete your registration. Should you prefer to not provide such information, it only means that we will not be able to register you in that particular sweepstakes.

We send all new members a welcoming e-mail to verify username. Established members will occasionally receive information on products, services, special deals, and a newsletter. Out of respect for the privacy of our users we present the option to not receive these types of communications that come from EZsweeps.com directly. Please see our choice and opt-out below.

On rare occasions it is necessary to send out a strictly service related announcement. For instance, if our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance we might send you an e-mail. Generally, users may not opt-out of these communications. However, these communications are not promotional in nature.

In addition, we communicate with users on a regular basis to provide requested services and in regards to issues relating to their account we reply via e-mail or phone, in accordance with the users wishes.

We share aggregated demographic information with our partners and advertisers. This may include the aggregate breakdown of our membership into male and female as well as various age categories. This is not linked to any personally identifiable information.

Other Forms and Sharing
The "sweeps registry for webmasters" link on EZsweeps presents a registration form for the submission of sweepstakes to EZsweeps. Webmasters can register their respective sweepstakes with EZsweeps for consideration and placement on the site if accepted.

The "affiliate program" link on EZsweeps provides the opportunity for web publishers to post on their own sites banners and links to the $1 Thousand Birthday Game. In return for the traffic or referrals generated by these links, current members can win referral prizes when a registered referring member wins. The $1 Thousand Birthday Game is sponsored by EZsweeps and is found at http//:www.thebirthdaygame.com. Prizes are awarded daily, monthly and annually.

Apart from the information provided to the sponsors that you personally select (and their agents), EZsweeps network will never sell, rent or in any way share your information with third parties unless: i) we are required to do so by judicial or other governmental order or ii) as may be required by statute or iii) in the event that you win a prize through a sweepstakes posted on EZsweeps.com. If you win a prize, we will ask your permission to place your name on EZsweeps.com?s winners page. You are under no obligation to allow us to use your name in such a way. The choice to do so is entirely yours as we believe that whenever possible you should be in complete control of your personal information. Although we do our best to screen each of the sponsors on our website, we cannot guarantee that the sponsors won?t use your information in ways that you or we may not agree with, including junk mail and even phone solicitations.

The main reason some Web sites offer sweepstakes is to build a mailing list for marketing purposes. You should be aware that many of the sweepstakes you enter will add your name to their e-mail list and send you promotional materials. This means, for example, that if you enter a golf vacation sweepstakes, the company sponsoring the sweep will likely market golf related products to you. They may even be sponsoring the sweep just to develop a mailing list of people interested in golf that they will then sell to other companies. In that situation, you may then receive offers from those other companies. You will have the option to unsubscribe from these materials. At no time are you ever required to purchase anything to enter into any of the sweepstakes at EZsweeps.com. As a part of our business, we are paid by the sponsors who advertise their sweeps on our site. In some instances, we may receive, either directly or indirectly, a portion of the revenue a sweepstakes sponsor derives from marketing to those who enter their sweepstakes or selling the mailing list they develop.

Our site contains links to other sites. Please note that these other sites may have privacy policies that differ from that of EZsweeps.com and we cannot exercise any control over what they do with any personal information you choose to provide them with.

Tell-A-Friend
If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about our site, we will ask you for your friend?s name and email address. We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the site. EZsweeps stores this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email and tracking the success of our referral program. Your friend may contact us at EZsweeps@idpromotionsinc.com to request that we remove this information from our database. Remember, referral members that win prizes in TheBirthdayGame contests also win prizes for the member that referred them.

Change/Modify
EZsweeps.com and TheBirthdayGame.com give users the option of changing and modifying information previously provided. To do this, please visit the websites and click on the Update Registration link. After changing the necessary fields, click on the Update My Registration button at the bottom of the page. If you provide information and wish in the future that we stop using this information, just send your request to EZsweeps@idpromotionsinc.com.

Choice/Opt-out
We provide you the opportunity to ?opt-out? of having your personally identifiable information used for certain purposes, when we ask for this information. For example, if you purchase a product/service but do not wish to receive any additional marketing material, you can indicate your preference on the order form.

If you no longer wish to receive our newsletter and promotional communications, you may opt-out of receiving them by following the instructions included in each newsletter or communication or by emailing us at EZsweeps@idpromotionsinc.com. Our Web site uses both session and persistent "cookie" technology to keep track of your portfolio and to make the entire site easier to use. When you register we create a cookie that stores your username, password and ID number. Having the cookie gives you the option to save your password so you don't have to enter it each time you login to EZsweeps.com. The ID number represents the unique record of your EZsweeps network account and it is impossible to access your EZsweeps.com Personal Portfolio without it. This is typical of how Web sites keep track of your personal information and make sure that it stays private. We do not link the information we store in cookies to any personally identifiable information you submit while on our site.

Most browsers allow you to accept or disable cookies. If your browser is set to disable or reject cookies you will not be able to use EZsweeps network sites. If you are having trouble accessing your EZsweeps.com Personal Portfolio, the first thing to check is to make sure your browser is set to accept cookies. EZsweeps maintains relationships with outside service providers for some of the products and services offered through our site. If we are going to use your personally identifiable information in a manner materially different from that stated at the time of collection we will notify you via e-mail. You will have a choice as to whether or not we use your information in this different manner. However, if you have opted out of all communication with the site, or deleted/deactivated your account, then you will not be contacted, nor will your personal information be used in this new manner. In addition, if we make any material changes in our privacy practices that do not affect user information already stored in our database, we will post a prominent notice on our web site notifying users of the change.
